Wear your Tinker watch for a month, and if you’re not in love by day 30, we’ll take it back for a full refund. Free shipping within the US, no questions asked. To return your watch please use the return label provided in the original packaging.
After day 30, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To begin the return process, please go to tinkerwatches.myreturnscenter.com and provide your order number and an email address.
Once your watch is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
To be eligible for an exchange, watches must be in the original packaging, in unworn condition and it must be within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your watch please send us an email at email@example.com.

We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns for international orders. International returns must be shipped back at customer expense. If the item is being returned for service or replacement, and the issue is covered under our warranty, the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item to the customer will be covered by Tinker.
If you received a watch as a gift and do not have a return label please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns without a purchase receipt are only eligible for exchange or credit.
